In the Grand Lodge Membership System (GLMS) you can change personal and contact info such
as street and email addresses and phone numbers. You are also allowed to put your picture in the
system. Other Masonic information that affects your profile are done by your Lodge Secretary or the
Grand Lodge as they conduct maintenance actions. Brothers should update their information
as changes occur. It allows your Lodge to keep you up to date on what is "happening" as well as conserving your Lodge funds. Your Lodge will not spend funds to search for your contact information
if Brothers do not update their own information through their own efforts via the GLMS; see below.
In the event there is an important message that all Brothers need to review; the Lodge Secretary
will post it on the Grand Lodge Membership System and send the posting via the email you have
on file. The email sent to you will be from no_reply@gvsoftware.com This is a one way
communication. It is important that you set up your computer or smartphone email system
to recognize this email as a "safe sender" so it will not be considered spam or junk.
To ensure you receive these emails be sure to add no_reply@gvsoftware.com as a safe sender.

The Grandview (Grand Lodge Management System) APP includes a Social Media platform with 28 Grand Jurisdictions that
also uses the Grandview System and are recognized by the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free Masons of South Carolina. Brothers on
this App who are removed from good standing by their Lodge are automatically dropped from having APP access. To install
the app on your phone go to https://portal.scgrandlodgeafm.org/app and follow the instructions on the screen. The system
is set up to give instructions specific to the device loading that URL. To share the link on social media or through emails or posts just copy
and paste https://portal.scgrandlodgeafm.org/app into the post or email and direct the users to go to that URL from their smartphones.
Beware of other so-called Masonic Social Media Apps or persons claiming to be Masons on other Social Media Platforms. Other Masonic Social Media Platforms; including Amity and Solomon’s Pass, Apps may include Masons from Grand Jurisdictions that our Grand Lodge does not recognize. By definition in Section 185 of the Code of the Grand Lodge of AFM of SC they would be CLANDESTINE. As Masons, we are very much aware that to interrelate as a Mason with a Clandestine is strictly prohibited. Avoid these two apps and similar ones.
