Request for Reinstatement
We welcome those who desire to again become active in Masonry.
It is a relatively simple process; takes two months under normal circumstances.
1. Ask for a Request for Reinstatement form from the Lodge Secretary. The form must be an original form and will be mailed to you soonest after your request.

2. Upon receipt of the form, fill it out and return it to the Lodge with two years arrears of Annual Dues; current and prior year.

3. Assuming the form is filled out completely and arrears paid as required; the Worshipful Master will have your request read at the next Regular Stated Communication after receipt by the Secretary. He will then will assign a Committee who will consider and review your request before the next Regular Stated Communication.

4. The Committee will make their recommendation and it will be read at the next Regular Stated Communication. The Worshipful Master will call for a vote on your Request for Reinstatement. Each
Brother of James Island Lodge eligible and present at that particular Regular Stated Communication
will cast their vote. If all is clear after the voting you will be reinstated and you will be informed and a
Dues Card will be issued by the Secretary.

Direct any questions to the Lodge Secretary at Contact/Updates; the last tab. Your Secretary normally replies within 24 hours.
